How to create and manage Events

Create an Event

  1. Click My Stuff or Artist (in the upper navigation bar) and select Events
  2. Select Create Event
  3. Enter the event information in the required fields and select  "Save & Invite Guests".
  4. Select people to invite to the event. You can add people who are not on your Myspace friends list by typing their email addresses
  5. Click "Invite" to send invitations to fans and users

Delete an Event

  1. Click My Stuff or Artist (in the upper navigation bar) and select Events
  2. Click Delete Events to the right of the event you want to delete

Notes and Tips

  • To Edit any existing Event, select Manage, you can choose to link a video from Myspace or YouTube
  • Minors can only create private events
  • You can enter a URL in the event where tickets can be purchased
  • Make sure to include any restrictions such as age limits for shows
  • Learn about Managing RSVPs
  • Click My Stuff or Artist and select Events to get to your main events page
