How Do I Change My Email Address or Password?

Change Your Password

  1. Log in to your Myspace account.
  2. Go to
  3. Enter your Current Password, New Password, and verify your New Password.
  4. Select Save Changes.

Forgot your password?
  1. Go to
  2. Enter your Email Address associated with your Myspace account.
  3. Copy the Security Code Image.
  4. A Reset Password Email will be sent to your email address.

Password Notes & Tips

  • The new password cannot be similar to your name.
  • Select a password that is different from your current password.
  • Do not use the same password as the email address used to sign up for Myspace.
  • Change your password frequently.
  • Always log out of your profile when using a public computer.

Change Your Email Address

  1. Log in to your Myspace account.
  2. Go to
  3. Under Login and Primary Contact select Change.
  4. Enter a new email for Requested Contact Address and select Submit.
  5. A pop up will appear informing you that a confirmation email was sent to the new email address; select OK.


Change Your Email Address Confirmation Email

  1. In the email select Confirm this Change.
  2. Enter your current password and select Submit.
  3. A confirmation will appear; select OK.

Or ...

  1. Log in to your Myspace account.
  2. In the email you will receive a confirmation code. If the above option is not working correctly, enter the code in the section labeled Confirmation Code by clicking here.
  3. Enter your current password and select Submit.
  4. A confirmation will appear; select OK.


Forgotten Your Information/Permanently Lost Access to Your Email?

If you've forgotten your information, you've permanently lost access to your email, or your account was hacked, fill out a Declaration Form.
